CEP – EAST’S Continuous Education Program

Under TADH – EAST has developed a unique and advance technical and up gradation model which awards its employee through its CEP HR policy.

We at EAST believe and practice by taking care of our HR through this CEP process – IT being technically driven domain, we understand the importance of being ahead on platforms and even once own up gradation.

We at EAST award such learning through CPE – Any employee of EAST who undertakes any higher education or skill up gradation is reimbursed the entire financial burden of the employee as Loyalty Bonus once he completes one financial year after taking such up gradation.
